PopSkull LLC is the boutique production collaboration of award-winning writer/producers Nadine van der Velde & Scott Kraft. The couple and Emmy Award winning creative partners have applied their passion for imaginative storytelling to a range of content for all-ages, from music videos to feature films as writers, Executive Producers and music producers. They created Nickelodeon’s musical hits Fresh Beat Band and animated spin-off, Fresh Beat Band of Spies, co-wrote over 80 songs for the series, and co-wrote and directed all legs of the hugely successful live tour. The Fresh Beat Band soundtrack generated a top 21 Billboard album and a 60 million dollar touring business. They’ve written, produced, and directed, both separately and together, hundreds of hours of animated and live-action TV, movies and on-line content.
Passionate about creating trend-setting content at the intersection of television, music and digital content, Scott and Nadine have a proven track record of developing, producing and delivering high quality and award-winning programming and brands for some of the world’s best known media companies, including Peacock, Disney, Nickelodeon/ViacomCBS, YouTube, Nelvana, and Spin Master. Their boutique entertainment company PopSkull LLC specializes in “hands on” development of select projects. They pride themselves on a personalized approach to all their work and the strong collaborative partnerships they have made with creatives and production partners in the US and abroad.
